I have had PiYo stuffed under piles of books for months. So today I dug out the cds, and just finished Define Lower Body and Define Upper Body. It is very similar to 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga and Pilates, which I did off and on for three years, so it feels familiar. Also, each of these workouts is only about 15 minutes long, so I feel like I may be able to convince myself to double with runs. Because each exercise is adaptable to individual ability, it’s as difficult as I want to make it. 21 day Fix Extreme definitely works, but I got burnt out, so PiYo offers a nice alternative to high impact strength training. We’ll see what happens!
